Our Story
Brûlé was born from a simple obsession: the perfect cup. We source our beans directly from small farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala — building relationships that go beyond trade.
Every roast is a conversation between fire and bean. We listen carefully, adjusting temperature and time until the flavour sings exactly as it should.
Single Origin
We travel to origin twice a year to taste, select, and build lasting partnerships with the farmers who grow our coffee. Transparency isn't a buzzword — it's how we do business.
